League of Legends Championship Restrictions

Important!

In any other case which is not stated below counts the official Riot Rules.


  • Each team must have at least one player, who is studying at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
  • One participant can only be in one team, and therefore can only play in either our EU Nordic & East or EU West championship.
  • Each team can have a maximum of 3 substitutes, but (apart from subs) only 5 players per team can take part in the Finals.
  • Each team must win a best-of-three series in order to win a match.
  • Each game must be played in tournament draft mode.
  • If one team fails to play any of the games they have agreed on, because of their own fault (e.g. they don’t have 5 people online, or one of them can’t play in tournament draft mode, etc.), then the game goes to the opponent team 2 – 0.
  • Using any kind of hack, cheat, or anything, that goes against the Summoner’s Code are forbidden!
  • Breaking the rules will result in disqualification.
  • If there is any problem, which the captains cannot solve, the organizers will decide.
  • Results: After every match both captains must report the results (within one day), either on Battlefy or by sending an e-mail to lanosch.gaming+lol@gmail.com in the following form: “[server] [group] <first team‑abbreviation> ‑ <second team‑abbreviation> [result]”.
    The teams must prove the results of the matches with screenshots!
